The pages that I have from Colonial Families of the United States of America have John, Capt. Charles, Ninian Jr., Sarah, Hester, and Jane. Ninian was supposed to have been commissioned as a coronet in the Scotch-English Army raised to resist Cromwell. He appears in Maryland circa 1652. Presbyterian. An article in the "Maryland Genealogical Society Bulletin" states that he was born in Largo, Fyfeshire, Scotland. In the same article it states that Ninian was the son of Dr. James Beall of Largo. He is supposed to have arrived in Maryland in 1658 (Land Office, Vol. 5, f. 416, Annapolis). By warrants WCa-60, Captain Ninian Beall was granted 500 acres in Calvert County by Lord Baltimore. In 1696 he was a Burgess from the newly erected county of Prince Georges in the Assembly. on October 20, 2022.
