Bridget died at 42 during "change of life." She went "into a coma" from which her sister-in-law Agnes wanted to wake her, but Annie, another sister-in-law, felt she shouldn't be disturbed.
According to information recorded by Pat Thomas. 4 Jun 1880 Census of D.C. Bridget was keeping house. Both "Allie" age 13 and Margaret age 11 were in school. Frank age 7 and Leo age 1 were at home. There was a black female servant. Bridget's parents were both born in Ireland.
